Our Strivo members may cancel or reschedule sessions easily within the app, however,
cancellation or rescheduling may only up to 6 hours prior to the chosen Session start
timing.

communicate directly with your trainer.
Each Booking rewards you with Loyalty Points, which you may redeem and use to book sessions
